Is there a deadline to apply to register?

There isn't a deadline to register. However, we are curating the audience, so we are sure to sell out. If you are worried about a deadline, the more pressing item are our reduced rate rooms offered through our hotel block. If you'd like to take advantage of discounted rates, you should reserve the room prior to February 14th, 2025.
