What is the ticket cancellation policy?

Per HumanX policy (here), once an event ticket is purchased, your ticket is non-refundable. That being said, you may be transfer your ticket to another person before Friday, February 14th, 2025. If you can no longer attend and wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, please email hello@humanx.co.
