What is the Exhibitor Access Schedule for move-in and move-out?

Access to the show floor/event hall is phased depending on your booth type. Please refer to the timetable below for details.

SATURDAY, APRIL 4, 3 PM - 7 PM

EXHIBITOR BUILD**: 200 sq ft (10’X20’) & Larger Custom Booths Only

MONDAY, APRIL 6, 9 AM - 3 PM

EXHIBITOR BUILD & MOVE-IN**: 100 sq ft (10’X10’) & Larger Turnkey Booths + All Custom Booth Builds Continued

MONDAY, APRIL 6, 1 PM - 7 PM

EXHIBITOR BUILD & MOVE-IN**: Startup Kiosks, Pavilions, + All Custom Booth Builds Continued

THURSDAY, APRIL 9, 3:30 PM - 7 PM

FRIDAY, APRIL 10, 8 AM - 2 PM

*Exhibitor Booths must be completed and all freight must be removed from the show floor by Monday, April 6th at 7:00PM **Saturday and Monday are build days (Sunday is a holiday), which means pre-built structures will not be fully ready until the show floor opens on Tuesday at 9:00 am.
