What is the Exhibitor Access Schedule for move-in and move-out?

Access to the show floor/event hall is phased depending on your booth type. Please refer to the timetable below for details.

EXHIBITOR BUILD**: 400 sq ft (20’X20’) & Larger Custom Booths

SATURDAY, MARCH 6, 3 PM - 7 PM

EXHIBITOR BUILD**: 200 sq ft (10’X20’) & Larger Custom Booths Only

SUNDAY, MARCH 7, 9 AM - 3 PM

EXHIBITOR BUILD & MOVE-IN**: 100 sq ft (10’X10’) & Larger Turnkey Booths + All Custom Booth Builds Continued

SUNDAY, MARCH 7, 1 PM - 7 PM

EXHIBITOR BUILD & MOVE-IN**: Startup Kiosks, Pavilions, + All Custom Booth Builds Continued

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 10, 4 PM - 7 PM

EXHIBITOR MOVE OUT

THURSDAY, MARCH 10, 8 AM - 2 PM

EXHIBITOR MOVE OUT

*Exhibitor Booths must be completed and all freight must be removed from the show floor by Sunday, March 7 at 7:00PM

**Saturday and Sunday are build days, which means pre-built structures will not be fully ready until the show floor opens on Monday at 9:00 am.
